I just want to say with the experience of my father being in hospice at the Ranch Post Acute center it was very reassuring that he was getting the care he needed. No neglect nor abuse were present. I know that is a worry of mine as well as others when having their loved in in a facility. Management was great and not hard to get a hold of when needed. Overall the staff was great, very professional, knowledgeable, kind , sympathic, and caring. The staff did not act like they didn’t want to be there as i’ve seen/withess some places. I’m glad was dad was in good hands with good people and especially his nurse Nina, she was amazing and made it easy for my family and I be reassure that he was taken care of and in goods hands. Not only that but very comforting during my dads last days..The facility was kept clean and seemed very welcoming towards those who were visiting their loved. Usually I don’t leave reviews but I believe this place needed one from how great they are!
